Yes, you'll need to connect your X/Twitter account to publish posts. However, you can try the app without connecting an account. When multiple platforms will be supported, only the target platform account will be required.

Yes, you can use NotesToX on your Mac. Right now, it is the same iOS app that runs on iPhone. A dedicated Mac app is coming soon.
Currently, NotesToX only supports X/Twitter. However, the app is designed to be easily extensible, more platforms will be supported as early as March 2025. And all major platforms will be supported in the next few months.
Indirectly, yes. With the Pro plan you can publish to multiple accounts. However, you'll have to logout and login again to switch between accounts. Multiple accounts support will be available in March 2025.
Currently, NotesToX only supports text posts. Threads and media will be supported early in March 2025.
